Ooooh how exciting the word is spreading!!!!

Frankston City Library posted this blog about the exhibition I am organising:

Seeking living Frankston history

Bev Wilkinson of Golden Days Images is looking for residents within the Frankston area who would like to share their photographs and stories for an exhibition in August at B’Artiste.

Bev is seeking old images of the Frankston area and of those who lived here. She is also recording oral histories with residents who want to share their stories on life growing up in Frankston for a documentary. All participants will receive a free CD of their images.

If you are interested in taking part in this project, please contact Bev.

Here’s an example of an interview by Bev, with Dorothy Dempster.
